NOTE: ALL ORDERS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Be sure to include your phone number and/or email address so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order. 


BY SECURE SHOPPING CART 

Use the "Add To Cart" button to add items to the shopping cart. When you are ready to check out use the "Check Out" button and follow the online instructions. 

You will be notified by email that your order has been placed and again when your order has been processed.

SHIPPING METHODS 

Note we no longer ship internationally – please see our list of international re-sellers to contact a re-seller in your area.

We strive to process and ship your order of in stock items within three (3) business days. Delivery time is dependent on the shipping method you select. We have provided estimated timeframes for each shipping method below. Please be sure to provide your email address when placing your order so that we can send you shipping notification. 

We offer the following shipping options: 

UPS Ground = Two to five (2-5) business days of transit time. UPS ground is our standard shipping method and is available to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous states only. UPS 3 Day Select = Delivery by the end of the third business day. This service is available to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous states only. 

UPS 2nd Day Air® = 2nd business day delivery. This service is available to physical addresses in the United States (excluding intra-Alaska shipments and Puerto Rico) by the end of the second business day. 

UPS Next Day Air® = Next business day delivery time service to physical addresses in all 50 states and Puerto Rico for overnight delivery (this service is not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air is committed for end of day or is not available). 

The timeframes shown are based on on estimates provided by UPS.


RETURN POLICY 

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

We guarantee your satisfaction of our product within fourteen (14) days of receipt. If you are not happy with the product, you may return new product in resalable condition for a full credit, excluding shipping and handling charges. You must contact us for an RMA within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product. Please contact us by telephone 928-634-8500 or complete the online RMA request form. Your request will be reviewed and a representative will contact you within two (2) business days with an RMA number and the proper return address. The RMA number must be displayed on the address label of the return package. 

All returns must be in the original packaging; packaged securely to avoid damage in transit; and shipped via an insurable, trackable shipping method. From Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please send by insured U.S. mail. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive or arrive damaged in transit and for items that arrive without an RMA #. 


Defective or Damaged Product

If the product is defective/damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately, by telephone at 928-634-8500 or complete the online RMA request form. A representative will contact you within two (2) business days with an RMA number and the proper return address. The RMA number must be displayed on the address label of the return package. All returns must be packaged securely to avoid damage in transit, and shipped via an insurable, trackable shipping method. From Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please send by insured U.S. mail. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive or arrive damaged in transit. 

All RMA’s expire after 30 days and will be refused and returned to sender at his expense. NOTE: The return procedures are subject to change without notice.
